Join my Live video dough making session on Friday, March 14 as part of Grubstack, Substack’s first ever food festival!
This Friday March 14 at 3:14:00 PM PST I'll be going live in the Substack app for It’s PI (π) Day - Let’s Make Dough!
Sharing the time-honored craft of pie making is one of my favorite things to do and it all starts with dough. This fun and informative session takes place as part of Substack’s first ever food festival Grubstack, which is bringing together some of the top food writers, chefs, and culinary voices from around the world for live cooking demos, virtual tastings, and in-depth discussions on today’s biggest food trends. What could be better than that! (Scroll down to see the schedule.)
I’ll be presenting on Friday 3/14 at 3:14 PM Pacific/6:14 PM Eastern/11:14PM Paris and showing you just how easy it is to make pie dough, how to roll it, and how to store it. And the best part is that it’s free Free FREE! In fact, all Grubstack Events are Free!
You’ll need to download the Substack app to join my Live session on Friday. This is for everyone, whether you have a paid subscription or not. If you enable notifications, the app will notify you when I’m live on Friday March 14. Just tap that, and you’re in!
This is a demo session but if you’d like to make and roll dough with me as I go, here are the ingredients you’ll need.
