Glad you are all well. That is a lot of snow! I’m visiting my daughter in NY. We are just east of Lake Ontario and we have a fraction of what you have. Since my home base is Texas, I’m thrilled with any amount of snow. Happy New Year to you and your family!❤️
That's quite something... to take the activity of a day, a special day, and move it to another. Suddenly we realize how precious are certain rituals. Rituals that become rote until shaken up. My son was also ill-- and lives a 7 minutes drive away. We dropped off stockings in the a.m. (yes, that Santa thing still happens here!), and turkey dinner later. But it did altogether leave me thinking: how wonderful are the simple years.
Same here, friend--and wish I could be around to make a pie cooking snow lady with you
And we shall…although maybe not in the snow! 😉❄️
Merry Christmas whenever you make it happen!
Beautiful, Kate! Glad you can all be together now and everyone is well!

Thanks for sharing, Kate!
So true, Alison! I hope your son is feeling better, and lucky for you both that you are just 7 minutes away.
And you-s! That healing is 100% for the new year.
