These are so beautiful! How is it that the deer don't decimate your tulips?? I have given up on them.

I’ve been very very fortunate that they pass these by. I planted them 20 years ago!

I read Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow last summer when it first came out. I think it was recommended by Port Books. I am not a gamer at all, but enjoyed learning about that development world. I impressed my niece’s friend (who is a game developer) at our family picnic when I asked him some questions that I had from reading the story. He was blown away that this “old lady” knew some of the lingo.😁 Kate, your pictures of your pink world are beautiful and give me hope for spring!

What a lovely ode to Spring! By the way, I am a Tim Egan fan as well.

I second the recommendation of The Big Burn and This is Happiness. This is Happiness stays with me still, 10 months after finishing it.

The pinks are gorgeous and are inspiration for thinking of a month of kindness. Our April showers we hope will bring May flowers 🌸 so April often feels long. Thank you for adding to my reading list!
