The "avoid a second steeping" advice is funny. Actually, if you brew a pot of tea, and then discard it, and add more boiling water, this "second pot" will be caffeine-free.
It's a little early for me but I'll make the effort to be there. I love a cup of tea, a pastry and some companionship!
