I feel so lucky to have grown up in the 80's/90's when contraception from Planned Parenthood was available without parental consent and abortion was more widely available all across the country. The choices I made then allowed me to have the life and family I always wanted. How many stories will not have happy endings in the future? Too many, I'm sure.
There are so many stories like yours. I'm so thankful you had care (though not all of it good.) But today, what are women in the states banning all abortions going to do? This is a very sad time for American women and girls. To be forced to have a baby no matter the consequences is inhumane. I am hoping that this "leak" is going to awaken people who will vote against all Republicans up for re-election, or newcomers talking about further restrictions.
