Previously I called all of them "Livestock" since they aren't pets, but recently changed to "Fluffs" which seems to fit them well without being too terribly twee.
What a lovely tour of your property. The oldest part of my house was built in 1710 with additions over the years. Old houses have a character not duplicated in newer construction. They do require special care. Namaste
