#190: Home Grown Tomatoes
A recipe for an easy to make fresh tomato pie.
Today I’m heading out the garden to harvest my home grown tomatoes. Some years I pull off wheelbarrows full of them but, alas, this year’s crop hasn’t been a banner year...at least in my garden. There’s always next year. Right?
I do have enough for some tomato sandwiches and a tomato pie or two (recipe below for paid subscribers).
