Pie is a practice and it starts with learning how to make dough. I am excited to announce that I am holding a first ever virtual pie dough workshop for my wonderful paid subscribers! Join me on June 8th and Let’s Dough It!

This one hour session will take place on June 8th at 8 AM Pacific/11 AM Eastern and will be the first in a series of interactive live online workshops and events only for paid subscribers.

In this one-hour session, I’ll walk you through making a pie dough that can be used for pies, crostatas, tarts, pie-pops and hand-pies either savory or sweet. You’ll learn how to make dough by hand and in a food processor. There will be time for your burning questions, too.
