Just when you thought we would be moving on from “B” to “C”, I thought, well heck, I must share my favorite banana bread recipe with you. This also may have to do with the overripe bananas on my counter, 8 of them to be exact, that needed to be used today. I used up half and I think I’ll make another loaf this afternoon to share with neighbors. So without ado, here it is. I hope you enjoy it!

I make this gluten-free but you can sub gluten-full AP flour if that is what you have on hand.
