#159: Road Trip
After three years, my first road trip with GP, plus book and music for the way.
MAY
May comes but once a year,
the dancing month,
the sky light and high,
the birch trees bursting.
May-daisy time,
and cowslip
and primrose
and harebell
and dancing anemones.
Deep down in the meadow grass,
they're all dancing
with delight,
lily-of-the-valley
nodding,
ringing her bells,
the silver trunks
lordly and slim,
their branches and silvery twigs
dancing
too
to the tune of Spring.

I’m out on the road…my first road trip with GP in three years. We're having a great time taking back roads and scenic byways. Right now, we’re in Montana visiting Leigh Olson of
. I'll be back next week. In the meantime, Happy May to all and don't forget to say Rabbit Rabbit Rabbit first thing this morning for good luck all month long!Kindness Calendar for May

Harry Truman’s Excellent Adventure: The True Story of a Great American Road Trip by Matthew Algeo
It seems like a good choice for my trip and so far it’s a very good read.

Happy Roadtripping! Play "Carefree HIghway" if you can, in honor of Gordon Lightfoot. He passed to the Great Gig in the sky yesterday.
One of my favorite tunes,
Thank you,
